Create journeys of any length, simplicity or complexity; once a user triggers an automation they can enter a funnel with wait timers, bespoke conditions and actions based on data points of your choosing. Journeys are always user specific and real-time actions, so if one user triggers an automation, only they will receive the messages that automation may send. Journeys can not be triggered retrospectively, but only when an event arrives to TG Suite.

Journey flows can also be cloned to target a slightly different audience, or to set language triggers to push users through journeys with different language copy, for example.
